Recently Blocked Drain Totterdown were given a call from a family whose little boy had gotten a toy stuck down a drain! while this may sound unusual it is one of the many times we see cases of blocked drains where an object that is not meant to be there has become stuck. The family gave us a call, while we all had a laugh on the phone we organised a time where both the family and one of our loyal, dedicated tradesmen were free to go over and solve the problem for them later that day. The problem didn’t take long to solve and the family was happy and satisfied with the work that we had done for them that day. The little boy said he would try not to loose his toys down drains again. The family was also very happy with not only the level of customer service that they received but they were also delighted with the low cost that it came at.
